Like all good things, FM (denominational) Communications is evolving. We’re morphing from being a publishing house into being a group of people creating and facilitating the movement of the Holy Spirit through His people who call themselves the Free Methodist Church.
Our video team put together the second installment in promotional videos for General Conference titled, “Free (Verb). The Free Methodist Church began in 1860 with the idea that church should be free and open to everyone. They took a stand against the common practice of renting pews. They took a stand against slavery. They called themselves Free Methodists. What does the word “free” mean to the movement called the Free Methodist Church 150 years later?
